- 1 Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 Jar Butterscotch Carmel
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Tub Cool Whip
- 1. Bake cake in 9x13 pan. Let cool.
- 2. Punch holes in the cake. Pour caramel and sweetened condensed milk in holes.
- 3. Cover with cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.
- 4. Chill at least 8 hours.
