Shaker Onion Flan (224)
Yields: 8 Servings
- 4 Cups Onion – Fine Sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Sweet Cream
- Deep Dish Pastry Shell
- 1. Fry the onion in butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix in the eggs.
- 2. Put into a deep dish pastry shell.
- 3. Mix together the sour cream and cream and cover the top of the pastry shells.
- 4. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes.
