Shaker Onion Flan (224)

4 Cups Onion – Fine Sliced
3 Tbsp. Butter
2 Eggs
½ Cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Sweet Cream
Deep Dish Pastry Shell

1. Fry the onion in butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Mix in the eggs.
2. Put into a deep dish pastry shell.
3. Mix together the sour cream and cream and cover the top of the pastry shells.
4. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes.
