1 pkg. Knoor Leek Soup
4 Cups Water
1 Cup Milk
¼ Cup Parsley – Chopped
Red Pepper

1. Simmer soup mix and chopped parsley stems for 5 minutes. Add milk and parsley.
2. Serve with croutons made by frying toast cubes in butter with red pepper and oregano to taste.
