Recipe from: Irene Summers
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 3 Cups Water
- 10 Tsp. Instant Coffee
- 4 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Qt. Vodka
- 1. Simmer the sugar, water and coffee for about 1 hour or until thick.
- 2. Cool and add vanilla and vodka.
- 3. Store in bottles and do not use for at least 1 month.
- 4. Serve over ice.
