Kahlua (164)

3 Cups Sugar
3 Cups Water
10 Tsp. Instant Coffee
4 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Qt. Vodka

1. Simmer the sugar, water and coffee for about 1 hour or until thick.
2. Cool and add vanilla and vodka.
3. Store in bottles and do not use for at least 1 month.
4. Serve over ice.
