Ingredients:

5 Cups (or more) Flour

1 Tsp. Baking Soda

2 Tsp. Ginger

2 Tsp. Cinnamon

1 Tsp. Nutmeg

1 Tsp. Cloves

1 Cup Shortening

1 Cup Sugar

1 ¼ Cup Unsulphered Molasses

2 Eggs

1. Melt the shortening.

2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

3. Roll out to ¼” and bake for 10 Minutes at 375 degrees.
