- 2 medium oranges with the skin
- 4 cups fresh cranberries (1 pound)
- 2 cups of sugar
1. In food processor grind oranges and cranberries into small pieces. Do this in many small batches to get an even texture.
2. Place in bowl and stir in the sugar. Leave at room tempature and continue to stir ocassinally until sugar is dissolved.
3. Then refrigerate for your Thanksgiving dinner. This makes a big batch and I usually only make a 1/2 batch here. It lasts for days if refrigerated.
