½ Cup Butter
½ Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
2 Large Cooking Apples
½ Cup Sweet White Wine
3 Tbsp. Apple Jack
3 Tbsp. Triple Sec

1. Peel, seed and slice the apples paper thin.

2. Cook the butter, sugar, cinnamon and apples until the apple slices are transparent. Add wine when the syrup starts to get thick and cook until syrupy.

3. Flame with Apple Jack and Triple Sec.

4. Serve over ice cream. Can be served over crepes, folded over ice cream and topped with cinnamon whipped cream.
