Yields: 6 Servings
- 2 cups Jiffy Baking Mix
- 1 lb breakfast pork sausage...RAW
- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup milk
1. Mix everything together. Shape into cookie shaped patties.
2. Place greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
3. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm or cold. Will keep well in covered container in the refrigerator. Remember Do Not pre-cook the sausage!
